Glow Up Facial works the skin from the outside in and is designed to deeply exfoliate dead skin cells and remove non-terminal hair
(peachy fuzz), polish the skin, flush toxins, increase and stimulate collagen production and cell turnover.

Dermaplaning creates a smoother skin. It works by removing the very top layers of your skin . The surface of the skin is gently removed using an exfoliating blade. As well as the top layer of skin, it also removes the hair. 

​

Following the Dermaplaning, gentle microneedling is done using a dermapen (please do not mistake dermapen for ''dermaroller''.

Dermapen is a medical grade device which is clinically proven to be safe and effective. Dermaroller on the other hand is not).

Dermapen microneedling is an entirely natural process that stimulates the body’s own repair and renewal process to create collagen. Micro-fine needles are adjusted to different depths and speeds to create fractional puncture channels on the surface of the skin.

Microneedling following Dermaplaning is especially effective because the villus hair and dead skin has already been removed during the dermaplaning procedure, the microneedles can reach slightly deeper into the skin, to trigger exfoliation process further into the skin.

 

• More effective, visible results, especially for large pores, uneven skin tones and scarring – dermaplaning doesn’t just prepare the surface of the skin, it can also start to change it through exfoliation, and the removal of dead skin cells. To then apply microneedling on top of the this, means that any microneedling results will be greatly increased, especially those relating to the quality of the skin.

• Increased penetration of any topical products – after both a dermaplaning treatment and a microneedling treatment, you can expect any skin care products to be more readily absorbed by the body, increasing the quality and hydration.

The treatment is finished off by applying a hialuronic acid serum which will penetrate deep in to the skin cells.
